What To Do

Must do's for the party parent, before the party.

  1. Book a party! Call us on 03 5442 2009 and secure you party date.
  2. Pay your deposit (minimum) 2 weeks prior to the party date.
  3. Confirm your party numbers 48 hours before attending.
  4. Arrive 15 minutes early and hand in your list of children attending.
How It Works

Our parties run for a total of 90 minutes. Below is an outline of what to expect.

  • -15 min:
    Party parent arrives 15 minutes before the start of the party and hands over a list of children that will be attending the party. Each child is then checked off that list as they arrive at The Bendigo Fun Factory. This ensures no guest is charged entry. The party parent is then shown to the room and given a run down of the following.
  •  00 min:
    Party guests arrive at your party and are check off at they enter. Children can eat from a selection of prepared cold food and drink.
  • +30 min:
    Warm food is delivered to the party room for children to consume.
  • +60 min:
    Cake is delivered to the party room. (If purchased or supplied)
  • +90 min:
    Finish time.

  • Children invited to a party should be of 'sit and eat age'. If a child is listed as invited, they will be charged the standard party price and it will be assumed they are old enough to sit and eat. If a child younger than this (crawlers) will not sit and eat the party food then they should be listed separately on the 'Child Attending List' and should not be included in any 'number of children attending' count. If the previous statement is true then this child will also only pay the appropriate entry fee relevant to their age.
  • A minimum deposit of $50.00 (non refundable) must be paid to secure the party room, at least 2 weeks prior or on the day of booking if less than 2 weeks. Failure to do so may result in the loss of you booking date/time
  • The minimum charge for the morning and afternoon session is $179.00. This price is equivalent to 10 children. You are welcome to book with 5 children, but the minimum charge still applies.
  • The per child pricing include the party child.
  • Confirmation of child numbers attending the party must be made 48 hours before the event. Any children not attending will be charged a $7.00 fee to cover food and labour expenses.
  • Parents must arrive 15 minutes before the organised party starts time to, a) allows us to show them to the room and explain the party time line. b) to give us a list of children that will be attending the party.
  • Party Room hire is 90 minutes, once that time has elapsed the room must be evacuated to allow cleaning for the following party. If party goers wish to remain and play, they must remove all personal items from the party room and relocate to a non-reserved table.
  • Parents may bring their own cake to an event, but no sparklers are allowed.
  • No nuts or foods containing nuts are to be brought onto the premises, this includes party events. No exceptions
  • No other food or drink is to be brought onto The Bendigo Fun Factory premises except where explicitly requested and approval granted. Any food or drink brought onto the premises must remain in the party room. NO EXCEPTIONS.
